Lee Chin Horng's "The Flying Parade" illustration grabbed the hearts of CGSociety judges and was awarded the world renowned CG Choice Gallery Award. The Digital Animation student is also an online Romanian Digital Art Gallery contributor. |

Unlike other 8A's SPM scorer Lee chose to study at The One Academy as he is convinced of the quality of work produced at the Academy accompanied by the welcoming surrounding that adds a spark to creativity. |

In 2005, Lee obtained a RM50,000 Merdeka scholarship to study in The One Academy and since then, everything has been looking good for him. "Although it's busy and challenging when I juggle my assignments and freelance work, it's truly rewarding especially when I can tell the audience my feelings when they look at my art." |

With her distinctive design philosophies — exclusiveness, grandness and sheer comfort, the interior design student impressed the judges with her luxuriously designed living hall and bedroom. |

Organised by LG Electronics, the interior design competition aims to challenge the students’ creativity in their living hall, dining hall or bedroom design by adding the latest LG ArtCool air conditioner into their masterpiece. |

Crowbar Awards 2007, Singapore
Leong Kok Bin, a Multimedia Design student from The One Academy won the Bronze award, the top interactive design title under the Online Advertising category presented at the Crowbar Awards 2007, Singapore. |

He took home the award with his masterpiece titled “Donate Blood”. Leong was also joined by two other Multimedia Design teams from the Academy who emerged as the finalist for Short Film (Fence) and Documentary (Dollema) category respectively.

This award is one of the most prestigious creative advertising competitions in the Asia Pacific region organised by the Association of Accredited Advertising Agents Singapore (4As Singapore), providing an annual platform to honour the best young creative talents. |

20th Malaysian Film Festival 2007

The trio’s art work titled ‘Helping Hand’ was awarded the Best Animated Film under the category of Student Animation at the prestigious film festival. The animation talks about how an Arabian fought against a fearsome monster hand in hand with a camel in a desert.

The 20th Malaysian Film Festival, held in Penang Island, is the pinnacle event in Malaysian Film Industry to honour the excellent artists and their outstanding film works. It is also one of the government’s strategies to encourage the development of local filming industries and in addition, to rejoice the Visit Malaysia Year 2007 and commemorate the 50th Malaysian Independence Day celebration. |

Meanwhile, the Digital Animation students from Batch 35 were the finalist under the same Student Animation Category for their animation titled 'Check My Mate'. It is about how unpredictable love is, with the story being portrayed by four characters, namely the White King, White Queen, Black King and Black Queen.
